The shop in Kystens Hus offers a diverse range of local and Scandinavian designs, coastal and fisheries-related products, our own especially designed Hermes II collections and other environmentally friendly high-quality goods.
General information
Based on an interest in various products from top-quality suppliers, we want to offer you a special shopping experience. We want to promote local, Norwegian and Nordic manufacturers and designers. Here you will find a range of products that have never previously been sold in Northern Norway, and some series that are especially produced for us.
DESIGN SHOP & BOOKING POINT
The shop also acts as a booking point and tour centre for the boat’s various excursions and a venue for the dissemination of coastal and fishing culture. Modern digital solutions, old artefacts and, not least, the boat wall constructed inside the shop will give you an opportunity to obtain an insight into both historical and modern fishing.

Hermes II - unique boat trips in Tromsø
Hermes II is a unique piece of northern Norwegian coastal history. Experience the breath-taking scenery around Tromsø and the atmosphere on board this more than 100 years old authentic wooden boat, while we guide you through its exciting history and tell you about this boat preservation project.
